Contact JackBit
Our support team works 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Here is how to reach us and how to get the fastest answer.
Live chat, open around the clock
The quickest way to reach us is live chat. Look for the green chat bubble in the bottom right corner of any page. Click it and a "Talk to us" panel slides in with the line "Our team is ready to help with anything you need". Enter your username and email, choose your language from the list, and press Start Conversation. An agent joins the chat, usually within a few minutes.
When you are logged in, the agent can see your account, recent transactions and active bonuses, so most questions are solved in the same conversation. Typical chat topics are:
- Finding and activating your welcome offer in Profile > Gifts > Bonus.
- Choosing the right network for a USDT, USDC or other multi-network deposit.
- Checking a deposit that has not appeared in your balance yet.
- Cancelling an active bonus so you can withdraw.
- Questions about rakeback points, VIP levels and VIP transfers.
- Sportsbook questions, from bet settlement to CashOut.
- Setting a deposit limit, taking a break or starting self-exclusion.
Email support
For questions that need documents, screenshots or a longer explanation, use the support email listed in the footer of the casino. Email also gives both of us a written record. Replies usually arrive within a few hours, and complex cases can take longer while the right team reviews them.
Behind the main inbox, separate teams handle payments, verification (KYC) and partnerships. You do not need to know which team to write to: the support agent forwards your case to the people who can resolve it. Players at higher VIP levels also get VIP Email Access and, further up, a Dedicated VIP Manager.
Help pages you can check first
The footer of the casino links to a set of help pages that answer many questions before you need to ask:
- Frequently Asked Questions: sign-up, contact and account basics, step by step.
- KYC Policy: which documents we accept and when we ask for them.
- Refund Policy: how refund requests are handled.
- Dispute Resolution: what happens if you disagree with a decision.
- Fairness and RNG Testing Methods: how game results are checked.
- Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion: the tools for safer play.
How to get the fastest answer
- Write from your registered emailWe can match the message to your account straight away.
- Add the transaction hash for paymentsThe ID from your wallet lets the payments team trace a deposit or withdrawal in seconds.
- Name the coin and the networkFor example USDT on ERC20 or BTC on the Bitcoin network. A network mismatch is the most common reason a deposit does not appear.
- Give the game name and timeFor a game issue, the round ID or the time of the round helps the studio check the result.
- Attach a screenshotA picture of an error message often explains more than a paragraph.
Payment and withdrawal questions
Most crypto withdrawals are processed within minutes, with a maximum of 24 hours. If your withdrawal shows as sent but has not arrived, the transaction hash in your history shows its status on the blockchain, and a delay at that point usually comes from network congestion. If it is still pending in your account, our team can tell you whether it is waiting for approval or for verification documents. Remember that you cannot withdraw while a bonus is active.
Verification questions
You can start playing with crypto right after sign-up. When our team needs documents, the message says exactly which ones, usually a photo ID, a recent proof of address and sometimes proof of the source of funds. You upload them inside your account, never by chat. Completing My Account > Personal Information also opens payment methods beyond crypto.
Responsible gambling requests
A request for a deposit limit, a break or self-exclusion is handled as a priority on every channel, often in the same chat. We also point you to free, confidential help services in your country:
- United States: NCPG, 1-800-GAMBLER, ncpgambling.org
- United Kingdom: GamCare, gamcare.org.uk, and BeGambleAware, begambleaware.org
- Canada: Responsible Gambling Council, responsiblegambling.org
- Australia: Gambling Help Online, gamblinghelponline.org.au
- New Zealand: Gambling Helpline, gamblinghelpline.co.nz
What happens after you contact us
In live chat, you see when an agent joins and can follow the conversation in real time. If your question needs another team, for example a payment check or a document review, the agent tells you which team has the case and when to expect an answer. For email cases, you receive replies at the address you wrote from, so keep an eye on your spam folder the first time.
Some answers take a little longer by design. A verification review waits for clear documents, and a missing deposit waits for the blockchain to confirm the transfer. In both cases, we keep the case open until it is solved and update you when something changes.
Community channels
We share news, tournament announcements and social media bonuses on our community channels. They are great for following what is new at JackBit, but please keep account questions to live chat or email, where we can confirm your identity safely and see your account history.
Complaints and feedback
If an answer does not solve your problem, reply to the support email and ask for a review. A senior member of the team looks at the case and replies in writing. If you still disagree, the Dispute Resolution page explains the next steps. Ideas about games, promotions or the site are just as welcome and are passed on to the product team.
Stay safe
Our team will never ask for your password, a login code from another service, your wallet seed phrase or a private key. Ignore any message that does, even if it claims to come from JackBit, and report it in live chat. Our support only runs through the chat on the site, the support email in the footer and our verified community channels.
JackBit is for adults aged 18 and over. Read more about us on the about page, and see the main account rules in our terms and conditions.
