Contact JackBit New Zealand
Our support team is online every hour of every day, New Zealand time included. Here is how to get in touch and how to get a quick answer.
Live chat, open day and night
Live chat is the fastest route to our team. You will find the green chat bubble in the bottom right corner of every page. Tap it and a "Talk to us" panel opens with the line "Our team is ready to help with anything you need". Add your username and email, pick your language from the list and press Start Conversation. An agent joins, usually within a few minutes.
Because the team works in shifts around the clock, it makes no difference that New Zealand is many hours ahead of Europe. A question after a late Super Rugby match or before an early start at work reaches a person who is on duty.
If you are logged in, the agent can see your account, your recent transactions and any active bonuses, so most issues are sorted in the same chat. Common topics include:
- Locating and switching on your welcome offer in Profile > Gifts > Bonus.
- Picking the correct network for a USDT, USDC or other multi-network deposit.
- Following up a deposit that has not reached your balance yet.
- Cancelling a running bonus so you are free to withdraw.
- Questions about rakeback points, VIP levels and VIP transfers.
- Sportsbook queries, from how a bet was settled to CashOut.
- Buying crypto by card through Buy Crypto, where the card is charged in NZD.
- Setting a deposit limit, taking a break or starting self-exclusion.
Email support
For anything involving documents, screenshots or a longer story, write to the support email shown in the casino footer. Email also leaves a written record for both sides. Answers usually come back within a few hours, and complicated cases may take a little longer while the right team looks at them.
Behind the main inbox sit separate teams for payments, verification (KYC) and partnerships. You do not need to work out which one to contact: the support agent passes your case to the people who can fix it. Players at higher VIP levels also get VIP Email Access and, further up the ladder, a Dedicated VIP Manager.
Help pages worth checking first
The casino footer links to a set of help pages that answer plenty of questions before you need to ask anyone:
- Frequently Asked Questions: sign-up, contact and account basics, one step at a time.
- KYC Policy: the documents we accept and when we request them.
- Refund Policy: how refund requests are dealt with.
- Dispute Resolution: what happens when you disagree with a decision.
- Fairness and RNG Testing Methods: how game outcomes are checked.
- Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion: the tools for keeping play safe.
How to get a quick answer
- Use your registered emailThat way we can link the message to your account immediately.
- Include the transaction hash for paymentsThe ID from your wallet lets the payments team trace a deposit or withdrawal in seconds.
- State the coin and the networkFor example USDT on ERC20 or BTC on the Bitcoin network. Sending on the wrong network is the most common reason a deposit goes missing.
- Give the game name and timeFor a game issue, the round ID or the time of the round helps the studio check the result. Tell us it is New Zealand time so nobody gets the hours mixed up.
- Add a screenshotAn image of an error message often says more than a paragraph would.
Payment and withdrawal questions
Most crypto withdrawals are processed within minutes, and the longest window is 24 hours. If a withdrawal shows as sent but has not reached your wallet, the transaction hash in your history shows where it sits on the blockchain, and a hold-up at that stage usually comes from network congestion. If it is still pending inside your account, our team can tell you whether it is waiting for approval or for verification documents. Keep in mind that no withdrawal can be requested while a bonus is active.
A note for Kiwis who bought coins by card: the card charge is in NZD, but the balance and the withdrawal are in crypto. Turning coins back into New Zealand dollars happens in your own wallet or exchange, not at JackBit.
Verification questions
You can play with crypto as soon as you have signed up. When our team needs documents, the request names them exactly, usually photo ID, a recent proof of address and occasionally proof of where your funds come from. You upload them inside your account, never through chat. Completing My Account > Personal Information also opens payment methods other than crypto.
Responsible gambling requests
A request for a deposit limit, a break or self-exclusion is treated as a priority on every channel, and it is often handled within the same chat. We can also point you to free, confidential help services in New Zealand:
- Gambling Helpline: freephone 0800 654 655, available day and night, gamblinghelpline.co.nz
- Problem Gambling Foundation: free counselling and support across New Zealand, pgf.nz
What happens after you get in touch
In live chat you can see when an agent joins and follow the conversation as it happens. If your question needs another team, such as a payment check or a document review, the agent tells you who has the case and roughly when to expect a reply. Email replies go to the address you wrote from, so check your spam folder the first time.
Some answers take longer for good reason. A verification review needs clear documents, and a missing deposit needs the blockchain to confirm the transfer. Either way, we keep the case open until it is resolved and let you know when anything changes.
Community channels
News, tournament announcements and social media bonuses go out on our community channels. They are a good way to keep up with what is new at JackBit, but please bring account questions to live chat or email, where we can confirm who you are safely and see your account history.
Complaints and feedback
If a reply does not fix your problem, answer the support email and ask for a review. A senior team member goes over the case and responds in writing. If you still do not agree, the Dispute Resolution page explains what comes next. Ideas about games, promotions or the site are just as welcome, and we pass them on to the product team.
Stay safe
Our team will never ask for your password, a login code from another service, your wallet seed phrase or a private key. Ignore any message that does, even one claiming to be from JackBit, and report it in live chat. Our support only runs through the chat on the site, the support email in the footer and our verified community channels.
JackBit is for adults aged 18 and over. Learn more about us on the about page, and read the main account rules in our terms and conditions.
