JackBit / Terms and conditions for Australia

Terms and conditions for Australia

An easy-to-read summary of the key rules for every JackBit account held by players in Australia. The full terms in the site footer and in your account are the binding version.

What do these JackBit terms cover?

This page gives an overview of the rules for accounts, bonuses, rakeback, payments and the use of this website, and it should take only a few minutes to get through. The complete Terms and Conditions, the Sportsbook Terms, the KYC Policy, the Refund Policy and the Dispute Resolution page are all linked from the casino footer and together make up the binding agreement between you and JackBit. If anything in this summary clashes with the full terms, the full terms win. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.

JackBit is run by Data Link Digital B.V., a Curaçao company with company number 164124, which is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1562/1139. By opening an account you confirm that you have read and agreed to the full terms, the privacy policy and the rules of any promotion you take part in. Australian rules apply to anyone playing from Australia, and it is your responsibility to check them.

1. Who can play at JackBit?

  • You must be 18 or over, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age.
  • Residents of a restricted territory, and anyone playing from one, cannot hold an account. That list forms part of the full terms and may change in line with our licence, so check it before you register from Australia.
  • Some studios block particular games in certain countries, even when the rest of the casino is available to you.
  • Using a VPN or any other method to disguise your real location is not permitted, and accounts that do so may be closed.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any bonuses and winnings on them removed.

2. What are the rules for your account?

You register with a username, email address, password and mobile number, or through Continue with Google. A username cannot be changed after sign-up, so pick it carefully. Passwords need at least eight characters, including one uppercase letter and one number. Keeping your login details safe is your job, as is everything that happens on your account, and we suggest turning on two-factor authentication.

All the details you provide must be correct and must belong to you. Accounts cannot be sold, shared or run on behalf of somebody else. We may suspend or close an account if we find fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, automated play, chargebacks, money laundering or another breach of these terms. Where we close an account for some other reason, the real-money balance left on it is paid back to you.

3. When is verification needed?

You can start playing with crypto as soon as you have signed up. To unlock payment methods other than crypto, fill in your profile under My Account > Personal Information with your first and last name, date of birth, mobile number, country, city and address. Our verification team may also ask at any time for proof of identity, proof of address, proof that a payment method is yours or proof of the source of your funds, most often before a large withdrawal or when account activity looks out of the ordinary. Withdrawals may be held until the documents have been reviewed. Accepted documents are set out on the KYC Policy page.

4. How do deposits work?

  • You deposit in the supported cryptocurrencies, or buy crypto through the Buy Crypto option, where your card is charged in AUD.
  • Each coin must be sent on the network chosen in the cashier. Funds sent on a different network or to the wrong address may be lost for good.
  • Your balance is credited after the blockchain has confirmed the transfer.
  • Only use wallets or payment methods that are yours to fund the account.
  • Minimum deposits for each coin are shown in the cashier, and some offers set a minimum of their own.

5. How do withdrawals work?

  • Withdrawals go to a crypto wallet address you choose. Any other payout methods depend on your country and verification status.
  • Most withdrawals are processed within minutes, with a maximum processing window of 24 hours, plus whatever time verification needs.
  • Minimum and maximum amounts per withdrawal are set for each coin and shown in the cashier.
  • Weekly and monthly withdrawal limits apply, and bigger wins may be paid in instalments.
  • The blockchain's network fee applies to every withdrawal.
  • A withdrawal cannot be requested while a bonus is active on your balance.

6. How do crypto values affect your balance?

Your balance is held in cryptocurrency, not Australian dollars. A coin's value in AUD, or in any other currency, moves with the market, so what your balance is worth locally can go up or down between deposit and withdrawal, regardless of how you go in the casino. Stablecoins track the US dollar, which means even they shift slightly in AUD terms. Local currency values shown in the cashier are estimates only. Market swings in coin value are outside JackBit's responsibility.

7. What are the rules for welcome offers and promotions?

A new account can claim one welcome offer, either for the casino or for the sportsbook, on its first deposit. The amount, wagering requirement, wagering period, maximum bet and maximum withdrawal from the bonus depend on your country and appear on the offer card before you activate it. The core rules that apply everywhere are:

  • The offer becomes available after your first deposit and is switched on from Profile > Gifts > Bonus. There is nothing to apply for ahead of the deposit.
  • If you would rather not use the bonus, you can ignore it and play with your own money.
  • For the casino offer, only bets on the pokies named in the rules count towards wagering.
  • Bonuses do not stack with other promotions.
  • If wagering is not finished in time, the bonus and anything won with it are removed.
  • You can cancel a bonus through live support, in which case the bonus and its winnings are removed.
  • One welcome offer only per person, household, device and payment source.

Every other promotion, from tournaments to the 3+1 FreeBet, has its own rules on its card, and the page "Rules for all general winnings" covers all of them. Promotion timings run on the countdowns shown on each card, which land at different local times across Australian time zones. Any promotion can be changed, paused or ended by us at any time.

8. How do rakeback and the VIP Club work?

  • Eligible bets earn points at the rates on our VIP page: 12% for casino, 14% for sportsbook and virtual sports, 3.5% for live casino and Originals, plus a Birthday Boost.
  • Rakeback carries no wagering or playthrough of any kind.
  • Your VIP level is based on level points, beginning with Rookie at 0 to 10K. Moving up brings boosts, a level-up bonus, VIP email access and, at the top end, a dedicated VIP manager.
  • A point's value and the minimum cashout appear in the VIP Club FAQ inside your account.
  • We may change rates, perks or eligible games, with notice given on the site.

9. What counts as bonus abuse?

Bonuses and rewards are there for genuine play. The following are treated as abuse and can lead to bonuses, winnings or the account being removed: opening multiple accounts, using one IP address for several accounts, low-risk betting patterns designed only to clear wagering, coordinated play between accounts, and using software or scripts to place bets. Sharing a household connection does not change the rule of one welcome offer per household.

10. How are games and sports bets settled?

Game results come from certified random number generators, and our Fairness and RNG Testing Methods page explains how they are checked. A malfunction voids the bets and payouts it affects. Sports bets are settled on the confirmed result of the event and under the Sportsbook Terms, whether that is a cricket Test, a race meeting or a match overseas. Obvious errors in odds or market settings can lead to a bet being voided or settled at the correct price. CashOut is priced off the live odds and can only be used while the market stays open.

11. Which responsible gambling rules apply?

You can set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude through live support, and the Self-Exclusion page explains each option. While self-excluded, you may not open a new account. The tools, along with free Australian services such as Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858, are listed on our responsible gambling page.

12. What happens to dormant accounts?

An account with no login or activity for a long time may be marked as dormant. Before taking any step, we try to reach you at your registered email address. Your real-money balance remains yours and can be withdrawn after the usual checks.

13. What are the rules for using this website?

Text, design, logos and images on this website belong to JackBit or its licensors and must not be copied without permission. We review the information here regularly, but offers and limits change, and the terms shown in your account when you play are the ones that count. Links to independent Australian help services are provided as a convenience, and we are not responsible for what external sites publish.

14. How do you make a complaint?

Complaints can be raised through live chat or by email. A senior member of the support team looks at each one and replies in writing. If you are not happy with the outcome, the Dispute Resolution page explains what happens next. Our contact page lists the details that help us sort out your case quickly.

15. Can these terms change?

We may update these terms, for example when new products launch, regulations change or new promotions start. Significant changes are announced on the site or by email. If you carry on using your account after a change, you accept the updated terms. Not happy with a change? Close your account and take out your balance.
